Town Center at Palm Coast is a 1,557 acre mixed-use development which provides a downtown for Palm Coast. Town Center is located near the Florida Hospital Flagler, Flagler County Airport and Flagler/Palm Coast High School. Town Center development sites have already been purchased by residential, business office, medical office and retail commercial developers, including a joint venture between Weingarten Realty Investors and Developers Realty Corporation that developed a Super Target store anchored power center. The power center opened in August 2008 and is nearing its 425,000 sf build out. Sites that are approved for a wide variety of uses are currently being offered for sale.
The $67 million Memorial Hospital - Flagler with 81 private rooms and 300,000 sq. ft. opened in Palm Coast next to “Town Center” Palm Coast Park is a 4,700 acre mixed-use development located approximately 1-mile south of an existing Interstate 95 interchange in the northwest corner of Palm Coast. Palm Coast Park is bifurcated by US Highway 1, bordered on its western boundary by the Florida East Coast rail line and on its east boundary by Belle Terre Parkway. Palm Coast Park will include the following: single-family and multi-family residential neighborhoods and projects; commercial development, including a power center that will be anchored by national retailers; an industrial park with rail access; an office park; a big box retail center; a K-8 public school; a community park and several neighborhood parks; and 2 fire stations. The development tracts at Palm Coast Park are connected by a linear park that parallels both sides of US Highway 1 and features a 10-foot wide concrete multi-purpose trail. |
