 Florida Green Homes, LLC, offers comprehensive services designed to allow the Company to do whatever it takes to finish a project to the highest levels of green certification.

Some of those services are:

• Contract preparation
• Obtaining all permits
• Site preparation
• Direct supervision of all work at the job site
• Quality control at each stage of construction assure to a highest standards

We provide:

• agents from the Florida Green Building Coalition who inspect each stage of home construction and certify the finished project “Green”
• “Energy Star” Certification by independent, licensed HERS rater
• “Water Star” Certification for all fixtures throughout the house
• “FPL BuildSmart” Certification by the Florida Power and Light
• “Florida Yards & Neighborhoods” Certification by the University of Florida, Gainesville.
• Scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries
• Verifying and insuring that all work done in accordance with plans
• Oversee all mechanical work including: electrical, plumbing and utilities installation, framing, exterior and interior walls, landscaping, painting, etc.
• Release of all mechanical liens if there had been any
